Availability

We are usually able to meet orders from stock however, in the event that an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by email to ask how you would prefer to proceed. We will not debit your credit card until the goods ready for despatch.

Delivery

Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) of receipt. If we have not contacted you by the 3rd working day with notification that your order has been despatched, or to inform you that there is a problem and ask how you would like us to proceed, please contact us quoting your order number (given on the checkout screen) and we will investigate.

UK delivery usually takes place within 1-2 days working of the despatch. If you do not receive delivery within 3 days of being notified that your order has been despatched, please contact us quoting the order number and we will investigate. Please allow one extra day for delivery to the following postcodes; IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA62-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, TR25.

Returns

It is our policy not to accept returns unless the goods are defective in manufacture, or were incorrectly shipped. If you have any doubts about the suitability of a product for your intended purpose you should contact us for clarification before ordering.

We must be notified of defect, damage or shortage within 7 days of receipt.

Please contact us before returning any item as it may not always be necessary to actually return them in order to obtain a replacement. When goods do need to be returned we may instruct you to return them yourself, or arrange to have them collected and cover the cost ourselves, depending on the circumstances.

Upon receipt of the goods we will supply a replacement or refund the price that you paid for the good (as arranged when you contact us), provided that such goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.

Our Contract

Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. These terms and conditions, together with our current web site prices, delivery details and contact details, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by one of our Partners. In particular nothing said by any of our staff should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us.

Liability

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of our failure to supply any product or for any product being found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Use of Trademarks

No right or licence must be intended by the buyer to be transferred by the Seller for the use of any of the trade names, trademarks, registered marks of, or used by, E.M.A Model Supplies Limited.

Governing Law & Validity

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
